Summer Fun!!!

It has been so nice to have warm weather. We've spent some time at the park, and also in the pool with Macy (which she loves). How I love summer.

We're Home

Well, we made it on our first vacation and first flight for Macy and back home. She was incredible. I was definitely worried about how she would do on the plane, but she did amazing. Our flight was even delayed and delayed again. With the time change to Michigan, we didn't get her to bed until
3 am!! But the next day she started taking great naps and got herself on the right time and was great. We had a great time with Kevin's family. His parents hadn't seen Macy since she was about 1 week old, and Cara, Jamey and their kids and Bapa and Da (Kevin's grandparents) had never seen her. So that was a great thing. Here are a few pics of our trip.

Crawling

So, Macy is soooo very close to crawling. I don't know if you'd say this is crawling yet, but I thought it was pretty cute. She does spit up along the way, and stops to smear it around, but then keeps going toward her goal. I don't think it will be long before she's crawling around the house.

Teeth & a Yawn

So, my girl has her 3rd tooth. She has the bottom 2 and then cut one of her top eyeteeth 2 days ago. It was a bear, but she seems to be a little less fussy.
I will sure be glad for both our sakes when she's done teething for a while. Poor little thing. She's a trooper though.
Oh, and she's almost about the crawl. She actually took about 2-3 forward crawling motions yesterday. She is so close. Daddy thinks it's going to be easier when she's mobile, but mama knows better. :) We'll see how it goes.

Summertime at the lake

We took our jetski to the lake today for the first time this season. It was Macy's first time to be near the water and we had a good time. Of course a storm blew in, and the water was way too cold to actually get in, but there's always next time. Here are some pics (which are very cute, but I'm really biased).

Memorial Day

We got together as a family for a picnic at the park for Memorial Day. We had a good time, but unfortunately got rained out and had to retreat to Grandma and Papa's house. We played some fun games and had a good time together.
